Returns & Exchanges

We have a 14-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping fees will be covered by the customer. 

Refunds
We will refund your purchased as store credits, valid for 12 months. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded with store credits in your account (email used at checkout) within 10 business days. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with the store credits.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on sale items or for change of mind.
